COMPANY HISTORY

In August of 2000, Ty Maley & Cesar Anchondo left their former fire sprinkler company
employer and joined forces with the idea of starting a dedicated residential fire sprinkler
company whose vision was to provide service to the customer FIRST with fair and balanced
treatment of the employees.

Ruben Hernandez joined the company in December 2000, bringing with him his superior
knowledge of CAD drawings & system design. In 2006, Jack Maley joined the company to
open its fire alarm division and provide the company with a "one stop shop" for all residential
fire system requirements.

We feel that our value engineered cost efficient designs, production scheduling techniques,
unparalleled service, certified installers specifically trained in residential applications, and
centrally located warehouse offers us a significant edge over all our competitors.
